Venerdi sera arrivo in campagna non so bene che cucinare.. ispeziono friigo e frizer… pollo, salsiccia, peperone, cipolla, piselli (dell’orto),carote , aromi medio-orientali???
Prendo la cipolla, che poi c’era anche un pezzetto di porro, soffriggo con aglio aggiungo un quarto di peperone sbucciato (cosi è più digeribile) lascio che rilasci un po di sughetto, poi le carote a tocchetti e infine i piselli, bagno col vino bianco e lascio cuocere.
Aggiusto con erbette e peperoncino, quando la bagna si è asciugata metto il pollo che nel frattempo avevo messo a macerare con le erbette, poi la salsiccia, salto il tutto deve avere un colorino che ti ispira, se si asciuga troppo aggiungo vino e brodo di pollo (nel frattempo avevo messo mezzo petto di pollo a bollire, con aromi alloro, cipolla, carota, sedano, ecc, per fare un brodo improvvisato) quando mi sembrano cotti (20 min circa) tolgo e metto in una teglia dove poi condiró la paella, mentre nella padella dove avevo cotto il resto metto il riso, prima lo tosto, poi aggiungo vino e poi brodo finché non è al dente, aggiungo gli altri ingredienti e lascio insaporire, prendo anche il pezzo di pollo bollito lo sminuzzo e lo aggiungo… et voilà paella con quel che c’è…. buona….
